He brings a broad range of practical experience, including building high-performing teams; compliance, privacy, and security; custom development; and vendor selection, along with deep technical expertise across on-premises, cloud, business intelligence, integration, and SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS environments.

Holly brings extensive healthcare technology experience to 4th Season Consulting. She previously served as Senior Director of Application Services at Catalyst Health Group, where she led the configuration and implementation of AthenaOne and supported seamless integration across member practices. Known for her collaborative leadership, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to manage complex projects, Holly strengthens our technical strategy and client delivery. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies, with a focus in Business, Psychology, and Sociology, from the University of Texas at Arlington.

Kathy is a seasoned professional who brings a wealth of HR experience to 4th Season Consulting. She is integrally involved in all aspects of company operations, including staffing, acquisitions, business structure, contracting, and staff development. Her passion for building high-functioning teams and a strong organizational culture is a valued part of the company’s success. With a degree in Graphic Communication, Mark brings value to clients throughout the creative process. From initial concepts and print advertising to landing page conversion metrics, Mark ensures websites are optimized for accessibility, speed, usability, and SEO. Beginning his career in the “Wild West” days of the late 1990s internet, Mark has developed a broad skill set that includes WordPress, custom integrations, InDesign, Photoshop, and hands-on HTML and CSS.
